Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Processing times may be longer during new releases, pre-orders, or periods of high demand.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.

Sweden: approximately 2–7 business days
European Union: approximately 5–14 business days
Rest of the world: approximately 7–25 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and factors outside of our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order will be shipped once stock arrives at our warehouse. Estimated shipping windows are provided on the product page and are subject to change due to manufacturing or logistical delays.

Tracking

International Shipping & Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local postal services.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. By placing an order at C2E, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by C2E as responsible for the personal information.

Events outside C2E control shall be considered force majeure.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
